      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and coordinate leave requests for FMLA, Workers' Compensation, STD, LTD, and Military Leave, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related questions, providing clear communication to employees and managers
      - Facilitate the ADA reasonable accommodation interactive process, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate accommodations
      - Collaborate with payroll, insurers, and benefits teams to manage leave pay and benefits continuation
      - Maintain accurate records of all leave and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
      - 2+ years of related benefits, HR, or relevant work experience; or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience; or a High School diploma with 6+ years of experience
      - In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and related federal and state leave laws
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate sensitive situations with empathy
      - Proficient in HRIS and case management systems; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience specializing in leave administration and/or ADA accommodations
      - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues utilizing external resources
      - Experience interpreting internal policies and procedures to ensure business continuity
      - Ability to apply critical thinking skills to complex issues
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
