      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently handle employee relations situations and provide guidance to management on performance management and leaves of absence
      - Conduct workplace investigations into claims of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
      - Maintain accurate HRIS database entries and confidential personnel e-files
      - Assist in the design and facilitation of HR-related training topics
      - Support onboarding process and provide a welcoming experience to new team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years progressive HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
      - Strong experience with employee relations and performance management
      - Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
      - HR experience in a fast-paced/high volume environment for a multi-state employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HR certification (HRCI or SHRM)
      - Experience with UKG (UltiPro) HRIS
      - Prior working experience in a remote environment
      - HR experience supporting clients in a call center or Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment
