      Location: Pasadena, CA
      Pay Range: USD $85,000.00 $115,000.00 / Year
      Travel Requirement: 1025% (local travel to client sites and offices)

      We are urgently seeking a results-driven Senior Service Sales Representative with a strong background in commercial HVAC sales and a passion for new business development. Based in Pasadena, CA, this high-visibility role is critical to our rapid growth strategy. Were looking for someone who can hit the ground runninggenerating results quickly by identifying opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and closing high-value deals.

      This is a role for a proven sales hunter someone who thrives on creating value, driving growth, and winning big.

      Key Responsibilities Drive Growth from Day One

      • Rapidly identify, pursue, and close new commercial HVAC business across key industries and large facilities

      • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite decision-makers in high-value accounts, typically over $2MM annually and more than 1MM square feet in facility size

      • Manage and grow 57 key accounts, maximizing long-term retention, expansion, and satisfaction

      • Lead full-cycle sales including prospecting, site assessments, proposal development, pricing, and closing

      • Sell HVAC service agreements and project work including retrofits, upgrades, and building system solutions

      • Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to develop competitive, profitable solutions

      • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and active backlog to consistently meet or exceed targets

      • Use CRM software to track activity, update progress, and stay accountable to key metrics

      • Stay current with industry trends and take part in ongoing sales training and strategy sessions

      What We're Looking For? We Need a Closer

      • 10+ years of direct commercial HVAC sales experience, including owner-direct service agreement and project sales

      • Proven track record of closing $5MM+ in annual sales

      • Demonstrated success in building new business from the ground up

      • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with executive-level stakeholders

      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience required

      • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a professional, confident presence

      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles

      • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related building infrastructure

      • Bachelor's degree ; equivalent experience will be considered

      Physical & Work Requirements

      • Ability to access and navigate job sites, including stairs and ladders

      • Comfortable in mechanical spaces and on-site environments

      • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 20 lbs

      • Local travel up to 25% of the time
