What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle enterprise and VIP sales across the employer's institutional suite, including negotiation, solution design, and post-sale growth plans
- Build and execute segment/territory strategy to create a robust sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy
- Lead complex, cross-functional deal execution with multiple departments to tailor solutions and ensure compliance
- Grow existing relationships by diagnosing client needs and driving cross-sell/upsell motions across the product portfolio
- Represent the employer at industry events and deliver compelling narratives to educate clients on the employer's value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales at a tier-1 crypto exchange, investment bank, or fintech
- Proven success managing and growing a portfolio of institutional or VIP clients through multi-product advisory and structured dealmaking
- Strong command of institutional-grade offerings and the ability to translate complex topics for sophisticated buyers
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, create new analyses for ambiguous problems, and deliver impactful outcomes
- Executive-caliber written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings across senior stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing relationships with targeted institutional/VIP segments or market makers
- Experience with derivatives sales/trading or structuring; familiarity with financing and risk frameworks
- Public-facing brand building and event-driven client acquisition experience
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to coverage regions
- Series 3 certification
