What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, deliver, evaluate, and administer non-technical training and development programs
- Identify performance/behavior gaps and provide solutions to improve business performance
- Oversee the design and presentation of training programs while ensuring effectiveness and ROI
- Maintain relationships with line managers to assess training needs and performance deficiencies
- Conduct selected training programs and serve as a technical resource
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in Instructional Systems Design
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8-10 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6-8 years of experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Must meet Cyber Instructional Curriculum Developer, Work Role ID 711 standards
- Experience supervising and providing leadership to assigned staff

- Experience estimating staffing needs and conducting performance evaluations
- Proven ability to market the benefits of training and development to employees
- Familiarity with multi-level tracking and measurement systems for training effectiveness
