What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day internal communication and processes, providing clarity through effective communication, project briefs, status reports, and project plans
- Create plans, scope projects, manage budgets, and organize tasks to maintain project schedules
- Ensure project delivery is strategically aligned, on-time, and within budget
- Serve as the primary accountability point for quality of work delivered; provide feedback and direction before client presentations
- Address challenges that arise and provide solutions that meet client and agency success criteria
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience managing fully integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff to flight
- Proven experience with lead generation, B2C, and B2B digital programs
- Strong accountability and ability to drive outcomes effectively
- Critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset
- Organized and able to manage diverse teams and personalities
