What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage multiple technical onboarding projects simultaneously across various product lines
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during integration, ensuring their business needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and onboarding outcomes
- Continuously refine and improve integration workflows, introducing new methodologies to optimize speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of integration documentation, including internal playbooks and customer-facing guides
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in technical onboarding, integration, or implementation roles - preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Strong understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and integration tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time results
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience mentoring junior staff or leading technical discussions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato
- Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for troubleshooting or light automation
- Passion for process improvement and documentation best practices
