      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, perform, and manage risk-based audits, evaluating controls and processes for effectiveness and efficiency
      - Conduct audit planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up of engagements, including development of work programs
      - Draft audit reports summarizing key findings, recommendations, and metrics
      - Develop and communicate audit observations and process improvement opportunities, obtaining management responses
      - Serve as a contact for corporate, field, and external auditors regarding auditing and fraud matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of public accounting, internal audit, or related operational auditing experience
      - Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP)
      - Knowledge of compliance requirements, including Medicare, Marketplace, Medicaid, and CMS regulations
      - Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to support audit testing and insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA, CIA, and CISA certifications preferred
      - Familiarity with the healthcare insurance industry
