      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of inventory management to align with business unit requirements and standards
      - Evaluate material requests and stocking levels to optimize inventory in support of plant needs
      - Collaborate with the business unit to validate material needs and identify procurement options
      - Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, business standards, and inventory accounting practices
      - Prepare and manage daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and metrics related to inventory management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or Economics
      - 5 years of related work experience
      - In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, or a High School/GED with 9 years of related experience
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Inventory Management Qualification, NSCD-245A
      - Previous experience in inventory management or procurement
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong multitasking and time management skills with attention to detail
      - Self-motivated with a proven desire to learn and improve
