      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and review GAAP and STAT reporting disclosures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
      - Conduct detailed analysis of investment data and provide solutions to resolve discrepancies
      - Gather and summarize information to evaluate risks and propose recommendations for improvements
      - Maintain and prepare month-end, quarter-end, and annual reports for assigned investment accounting areas
      - Ensure compliance with GAAP, STAT, Tax, and IFRS guidelines while coordinating with internal and external examiners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related work experience
      - 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
      - Public accounting experience is preferred
      - Advanced knowledge of accounting/finance theory and financial reporting
      - Proficiency in MS Office 365 and advanced Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA designation
      - Experience in insurance/reinsurance financial reporting
      - Progress towards FLMI or CFA Charter
      - Intermediate knowledge of investments and investment accounting
      - Strong action-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines
