What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new brokerage and direct business accounts and handle account maintenance tasks
- Review and index new work items using the Docupace system
- Retrieve client paperwork and accurately enter information into back-office systems
- Respond to incoming calls and emails on the New Accounts phone line and inbox
- Adhere to AIC Operations' Core Service Standards while providing customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or insurance
- Strong data entry and verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of securities processing or industry experience
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 certifications are desired but not required
