What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive analytics, governance, recommendations, and cost savings opportunities across various IT resources
- Assist in financial and business data analysis to drive better decision-making
- Review invoices, contracts, and optimize costs in collaboration with Procurement and IT
- Prepare and execute Quarterly Business Reviews for strategic vendors
- Oversee and manage capital expenditures spending initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in software asset management
- 3+ years experience in managing complex vendor engagements
- Strong executive communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficient in leading all facets of planning and providing informed business recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing IT Asset Management tools
- Proficient in conducting inventory analysis to optimize IT operations
