What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects across the health system, including hospitals and clinics
- Independently manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Define project scope and requirements while developing and maintaining standard project artifacts
- Drive stakeholder communication and manage risks and issues throughout project lifecycles
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of experience in project management
- 7+ years of experience with EHR systems and 5+ years with Epic Application Modules
- Minimum of 5 years working within a PMO and with software systems implementation lifecycle
- Proficient in Waterfall project methodology; Agile methodology experience is a plus
- PMP Certification is required; CSM Certification is a plus
