In parallel, our technology services team helps organizations modernize ERP, business systems, and application development, providing tailored consulting solutions that range from full project delivery to specialized technical talent.
Responsibilities:
/ Source and identify high-quality IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal
databases, networking, and other creative methods
/ Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interview candidates to
ensure they meet the job requirements need per client.
/ Collaborate with account managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job
descriptions and hiring criteria.
/ Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies
based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. /Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from
first contact to offer acceptance.
/ Stay current with the latest technology trends and IT skills to better understand
market demands.
/ Prepare candidates' recommendations for the end client.
/ Schedule interviews; assist the candidate in preparation for interviews.
/ Collaborate with the candidate and account manager during the offer process,
identifying and recommending hourly ranges, incentives, start dates, and other
pertinent details.
/ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,
and company policies.
/ Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
/ Bachelor's degree preferred
/ 4+ years of experience recruiting for business-system related roles such as Workday, Dynamics, NetSuite
/ An understanding of various programming languages, tools, technologies, and other
tech-related work
/ Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions to meet and match client needs
/ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple roles at any given time
/ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
/ Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
/ Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
/ Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to
hiring
and recruitment.
/ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn,
