      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, assess, and communicate IT risks effectively across the organization
      - Lead complex risk and compliance reviews and assessments to enhance IT Risk Management
      - Develop and communicate new workflows and processes in alignment with IT standards
      - Collaborate with team members to manage IT risks and improve processes
      - Stay informed on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance risk management strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance Management, with a focus on conducting IT Risk Assessments
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong knowledge of IT policies, laws, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO31000, ISO27000, PCI DSS)
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Excellent understanding of modern IT Risk & Compliance concepts and methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
      - Familiarity with GRC technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer)
