What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the retail sales team for Henkel Adhesive Technologies, driving financial and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with key retail partners like The Home Depot and Lowe’s to align with their strategies and needs
- Provide leadership and support to the Field Sales Team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and direction
- Act as a communication bridge between field operations and Henkel leadership, sharing insights and influencing decisions
- Oversee third-party merchandising efforts and collaborate with trade marketing to enhance product visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- 5-10 years of Sales or Marketing experience, specifically in the CPG industry
- Home Improvement Home Center account experience and cross-functional team experience are advantageous
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 30%
