- Establish disciplined, effective product teams which embrace and exhibit the agile mindset, by instructing the team in agile principles and practices.
- Lead Product Managers through discovery, design, and development of customer solutions
- Guide transformational change on our journey to product, in a large matrixed organization, helping leaders and knowledge workers see broader perspectives, and shift mindset to adopt new skills associated with self-governing teams.
- Mentor new Product Managers, Product Owners, and product teams on best in class Agile & Product practices; coach technology and business in innovative ways to resolve issues inherent in application of the Agile methodology.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with peers, partners, and knowledge workers to grow and evolve our organizations and the enterprises product competencies and agile maturity.
- 7+ years' experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Prior experience with project to product transformations
- A hypothesis-driven mentality
- Experience with coaching product teams in the creation of story maps, product vision boards, product strategy, product roadmaps
- Creating feedback loops between product teams and customers to support product refinement
- Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
- Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent.
- Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers

About this role:
Wells Fargo’s Agile Transformation is an enterprise-wide end-to-end business transformation approach, which leverages and adheres to Wells Fargo Agile as part of our full lifecycle product management process.
As Wells Fargo Corporate Risk shifts from project-based episodic delivery to a customer and product-centric model Corporate Risk plans to adopt a 4-tier scaled product model and are currently seeking experienced, authentic, and motived Agile Coaches who have experience or knowledge in moving from a project to product model to help us advance and scale our product transformation journey.
As a member for the Corporate Risk Agile Transformation Team, you will work in collaborative partnership with a cross functional team of agile coaches, scrum masters and product managers to help our organization grow in both organizational agility and product competencies.
