- Advise senior leadership on data curation and operation strategy
- Create single-source-of-truth datasets leveraged by marketing management and analysts
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
- Collect, merge, and curate data sets from across the enterprise to yield new insights, allowing marketing to reach new heights of relevancy and efficiency
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience using SQL relational databases, including Teradata and Hadoop
- 3+ years of experience sourcing and curating large production datasets
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of data architecture and data engineering
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Python and R a plus
- Experience in partnering with business and analytics leadership to drive business results
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team, as well as independently (with limited guidance)
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytic Consultant in Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB). This particular role sits within our Marketing department. Our CSBB Marketing department supports business objectives of the Consumer Deposits, Small Business Deposits, Small Business Lending for new customer acquisition, customer deepening and customer engagement through customer contact in all available channels and includes marketing at all levels of the marketing funnel.
