      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, COO, and CAPO, including managing schedules and communications
      - Supervise and mentor the Executive Assistant team to ensure effective support for senior leadership
      - Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and produce meeting books for Board of Directors
      - Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and correspondence
      - Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are addressed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3+ years supporting senior executives
      - Previous experience in managing or mentoring administrative staff
      - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
      - Experience working in executive offices and understanding the sensitive nature of such environments
      - Proven ability to anticipate and fulfill the business needs of executive leadership
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact positively with diverse stakeholders
