Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and teams who deliver transformational change for highly complex business needs
Use teaching, consulting and mentoring skills to motivate and uplift all levels of employees
Effectively translate product, agile, and organizational change management theory into practice
During product discovery, help define product value stream, customers, vision and OKRs
Help teams rapidly and continually deliver high-value, measurable, customer-centric products
Lead the maturity of product, change management and agile delivery practices across all levels of employees
Ask open, analytical questions to help folks rethink and improve the way work is structured
Use systems thinking to facilitate impediment removal
Actively participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches
7+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years experience in product management/ownership
5+ years experience in organization management within a large, complex institution
5+ years of experience implementing scaled agile in a silo-driven environment
Demonstrated passion for coaching, mentoring and teaching
Demonstrated ability to coach in the moment
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

It’s an exciting time in the Chief Operating Office (COO) as Wells Fargo continues its multi-year transformation. We are seeking a seasoned product coach with deep product, agile and organizational change management expertise to support various senior leaders within COO lines of business. This role will coach product and change management competencies – along with agile values, principles and practices – while transforming organizations to be more customer-centric, transparent and efficient.
