      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop training materials, written documents, and instructional tools for diverse audiences within the criminal and legal system
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accessible and effective training resources
      - Review and ensure all materials comply with instructional design standards and accessibility requirements
      - Edit program documents and manage workflows across multiple projects
      - Assist in delivering training and technical assistance as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with a focus on learning product development
      - Minimum 5 years of high-level technical writing and editing experience in a fast-paced environment
      - US citizenship required due to federal government contract
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Experience with Section 508 compliance and document remediation
      - Familiarity with artificial intelligence-supported video production software
