      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of project work, including vendor management, costs, and temporary staff assignments
      - Collaborate closely with IT Project Managers to ensure operational expertise and compliance
      - Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster collaboration
      - Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues while providing innovative solutions
      - Mitigate risks associated with technical debt to ensure project stability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in project management, specifically managing technical debt
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT projects
      - At least 5 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
      - Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in state government as a Project Manager for the retirement of Mainframe Technologies
      - Certification as a ScrumMaster
      - GIAC Project Manager or Technical Project Management certification
