What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead inquiries from referral agencies and sources to schedule community tours or assessments
- Respond to new leads from digital sources within 15 minutes or less
- Maintain knowledge of marketing software programs and lead tracking system
- Visit communities to understand services and amenities
- Communicate product/service information to prospective residents and serve as the point of contact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of seven years' experience in sales and marketing
- Familiarity with senior living and memory care
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales and medical training
- Previous experience in multi-business unit responsibility and healthcare sales
- Knowledge of the aging process and needs of older adults
