What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage account logistics, including transportation and warehouse transactions for clients
- Analyze costs and rates, providing insights for cost and profit improvement initiatives
- Prepare and maintain various reports, including KPIs and financial variances
- Facilitate communication and documentation with transportation management and warehouse teams
- Provide after-hours support for clients and oversee freight from pickup to delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in supply chain, account management, or supply chain analytics
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related field (2-4 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse workloads and multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Familiarity with AI Joule or Microsoft Co-Pilot
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion
