      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the evaluation, analysis, negotiation, and monitoring of contract rates and terms for facility and professional services
      - Develop complex financial models and perform scenario analyses of payor reimbursement
      - Monitor and analyze variances between negotiated contract payment terms and actual performance
      - Train and mentor team members to achieve fiscal objectives while adhering to policies
      - Create summary presentations and report findings of collection issues to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Services, or a health-related field
      - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managed care contracting
      - Strong understanding of financial aspects of various payment mechanisms within managed care
      - Proven performance working with cross-functional teams
      - Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and analyzing complex financial models
      - Familiarity with contract negotiation strategies
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with children's healthcare
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to leadership
