- Spearhead the development of comprehensive annual Marketing plans and toolkits across functions, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
- Harness consumer insights to derive actionable learnings and priorities, driving strategic decision-making and informing brand direction.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of brand campaigns and Marketing toolkits, from concept ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to provide clear and detailed briefs, guiding the creation of compelling assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with the Direct-To-Consumer team to develop a comprehensive commercial calendar that supports omnichannel sales targets and drives business growth and facilitate the development of localized commercial calendars, serving as a strategic advisor for activation budget planning and media spend optimization.
- Own and manage the overall Marketing roadmap, effectively communicating strategies and priorities to key internal stakeholders to drive alignment and support.
- Ensure brand stewardship and consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Review and provide guidance on local content suggestions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure alignment of the long-term cross-functional commercial calendar with Product roadmaps, optimizing product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the Brand Marketing team of six members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.

- 5-8 years of experience in a Brand Marketing role, preferably within luxury goods and ideally with a global brand.
- Proven experience in strategic campaign development and creative development, either working directly with or within an agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional strategic planning and experienced team leadership.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong omnichannel and digital marketing experience, coupled with robust project management skills.
- Track record of successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders and a strong creative mindset to drive innovation.
- Proficiency in budget planning and management.
