      What will you be doing?

      Circana seeks a hands-on, client-embedded Senior Manager who can deliver immediate impact for a high-visibility CPG client. This role is a true analytics partnership position, requiring strong Circana fluency, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, shifting environment. You will pull and analyze Circana data daily, translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights, and confidently engage with client stakeholders to support evolving priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana's proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
      • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana's data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
      • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
      • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
      • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
      • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
      • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.


      Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in syndicated data, analytics, category management, or client insights within a CPG environment
      • Hands-on, day-to-day experience using Circana syndicated data and platforms is required, including tools such as Unify+, POS, and related systems
      • Proven ability to quickly translate POS and syndicated data into clear implications and actionable recommendations for CPG clients
      • Experience supporting large, fast-paced CPG clients in a client-embedded or high-touch engagement model
      • Exposure to panel or consumer data strongly preferred; prior consumer insights experience is a plus
      • Experience with Fresh categories and random-weight data strongly preferred
      • Demonstrated comfort engaging directly with client stakeholders in a consultative, professional manner
      • Ability to operate with minimal ramp time and manage shifting priorities in a high-visibility setting
      • Bachelor's degree in a related field
      • Familiarity with current CPG and retail trends

      Location

      This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote with occasional travel to Salisbury, Maryland

      The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
