      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a portfolio of large employer clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and unlock additional business opportunities
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing issues and escalations effectively
      - Provide strategic analysis of member engagement performance and program metrics
      - Act as a trusted advisor, consulting clients on best practices to support their working parents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services in digital health or healthcare
      - Proven experience working with large employer clients (10,000+ employees)
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
      - Experience managing the full lifecycle of customer success post-sales

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing a high volume of clients
      - Previous experience at a digital health company in the family health space
      - Background in supporting health benefit programs for employer or payer clients
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and/or Microsoft suite
