What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end ownership of Tribal client accounts, focusing on adoption, engagement, retention, and growth
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with Tribal leadership and community health representatives
- Develop tailored engagement and adoption strategies for Tribal communities and health systems
- Collaborate with Tribal health programs and community organizations to align with health goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their health improvement and program sustainability objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of customer success, account management, or healthcare program management experience in population health or digital health
- Direct experience working with Tribal Nations, Tribal health systems, or Indian Health Service programs is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of health equity and healthcare challenges in Tribal communities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with cultural sensitivity

- Experience in mission-driven settings with a focus on client engagement and retention
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Start-up experience is highly preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to rural or reservation-based communities
