- Own the end-to-end compensation expense model for the firm globally
- Provide financial analysis for the Compensation Committee throughout the year-end review process. Inform Senior Management of the financial impact of bonus decisions, promotions, and other adjustments to employee compensation
- Lead workforce analytics, such as the cost of hiring new employees or tracking turnover
- Represent headcount and compensation portions of the annual budgeting process and related forecasting exercises throughout the year
- Contribute to the development of the organization’s multi-year strategic plan; incorporating both real-time and long-term, planned changes to the business
- Champion process improvements that can be implemented to increase efficiency across the team
- Find opportunities to continuously enhance and build new reporting and analysis capabilities
- Engage senior clients across the firm to help develop & maintain executive reporting
- Cultivate relationships with counterparts, data partners and input providers across the Corporate Finance and HR departments
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- “Super-user” level proficiency in platforms such as Adaptive/Workday
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and modeling
- Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Payroll / Compensation experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of proven experience in a financial analytics environment, preferably in a corporate FP&A group that has provided foundation in corporate finance and business strategy

This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
The Compensation Senior Manager will work with the office of the CFO to analyze and report corporate financial data to the CFO and Senior Management of the firm. They will be responsible for maintaining compensation financial models that forecast various financial scenarios and tracking and reporting on actual financial results against the firm’s budget.
