      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the lead program account and project manager for corporate partners, ensuring the successful execution of the Week of Possibilities program
      - Cultivate strong relationships with the Points of Light affiliate network and other partners
      - Manage subcontractor relationships, including budget monitoring and contract processing
      - Oversee budget management and financial controls for assigned portfolios
      - Develop and deliver training programs for team members and the Points of Light Network

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 4-6 years of experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors
      - Availability for non-traditional hours, including early morning and late evening calls
      - Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight and international trips (estimated 30%)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing programs across a project lifecycle, from scoping/planning to implementation and evaluation
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills across diverse cultures
      - Solid volunteer management software skills (e.g., Benevity, YourCause, Galaxy Digital)
      - Proven ability to analyze and organize raw data for data-driven decision-making
      - High level of empathy and creativity in addressing social issues
