What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop 4+ medium/large Duck Creek OnDemand or OnPrem accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and other teams to maximize customer value realization and product adoption
- Conduct governance meetings and prepare reports to track customer health and success
- Gather customer feedback and implement action plans to improve the customer experience
- Coordinate communication plans and support case management to ensure timely responses to customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field; related work experience can substitute for education
- Minimum 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to maintain and foster strong relationships with customers
- Experience driving new and expansion sales and leveraging customer success best practices
- Strong operational skills in analytical thinking, communication, and project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Duck Creek Suite and Platform
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance and ChurnZero
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server
- Leadership experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
