What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Customer Success team of 5 to 8 Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
- Provide mentorship and coaching to enhance team performance and drive results
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership on strategic planning, metrics, and targets
- Analyze customer health to improve satisfaction, retention, and reduce churn
- Design and implement programs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment with adaptability to rapid change
- Demonstrated experience at a Senior Manager level, setting strategy for critical organizations
- Strong background in managing the customer engagement lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Experience leading and developing a team of Enterprise CSMs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
