      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Scale and enhance existing programs like the Customer Trust Center for customer access to security, privacy, and compliance information
      - Act as a trusted technical and security advisor, engaging with customer security teams and IT leaders
      - Represent the employer externally in security and technology conversations, shaping industry best practices
      - Analyze and respond to cybersecurity sections of RFIs and RFPs, detailing security controls and policies
      - Maintain and update a knowledge base of security posture, including policies and compliance documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 7 years of experience in a cybersecurity or information security role
      - Minimum 4 years in customer-facing roles, advising senior security and IT leaders
      - Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and compliance frameworks
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical information
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and implementing scalable Customer Trust programs
      - 3+ years of experience with Third Party Risk Management programs
      - Strong business acumen to translate technical concepts into business value
      - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, or CompTIA Security+
      - Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity technologies
