      The Enterprise eForms and eSignature Center of Excellence (EECOE) is a key group of functional and technical subject matter experts responsible for digitization of the bank's electronic forms.

      The EECOE guides various lines of business through electronic forms and electronic signature digitization projects. Digitization enables the bank to increase operational efficiency of sales and service processes while reducing cost and improving customer experience.

      Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to provide hands-on project management for multiple electronic forms rationalization and technology implementation projects.

      The Senior Manager will have the following responsibilities:

      • Develop comprehensive and effective project plans for multiple eForms projects
      • Provide leadership, control and direction in the monitoring and management of incoming work requests and setting priorities aligned to department and strategic goals
      • Provide effort and cost estimates and identify resourcing requirements
      • Manage all activities throughout all phases of eForms projects from requirements gathering, forms rationalization, form design, build, test, deploy and support
      • Anticipate, identify, manage and resolve business and technical issues and risks
      • Develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies and recommendations
      • Coordinate with technical experts to develop solutions to complex business problems
      • Track changes to project scope, identify change impact and provide corresponding effort and cost estimates
      • Lead project stakeholder forums; monitor and report project status to senior management
      • Establish relationships with all project stakeholders, technology, vendor and consulting partners
      • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, consultants, developers, solution architects, vendors and other business and technical teams to successfully deliver on key initiatives
      • Provide business and technical leadership and guidance to project teams and consultants
      • Create work plans, assign and track work, establish priorities and monitor quality of deliverables
      • Assist with learning and development plans and training of staff
      • Provide input into strategic and operational plans and assist in development of recommendations and business cases

      The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

      Mandatory

      • Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline
      • 10+ years of work experience
      • Leadership and team management skills
      • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (e.g. Waterfall, Agile etc.)
      • Proven experience in planning, organizing and managing multiple projects concurrently
      • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
      • Capability to learn quickly on the job
      • Attention to detail and focus on quality
      • General knowledge of business and IT architecture

      Nice to have

      • Master of Business Administration
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an asset
      • Previous IT consulting experience
      • Experience with Quadient Inspire, HP Exstream, or Planet Press
      • Agile Scrum Master certification and experience
      • Bilingual French and English - written and oral
