- Create scalable Learning & Development programs tailored to store-level and leadership roles, including onboarding, developmental, selling, operational, and product training and engagement.
- Lead training programs that empower store teams with the skills to succeed in a retail environment, inclusive of e-learning, instructor lead courses, virtual webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning projects and refine programs for maximum impact.
- Design Standard Operating Procedures, Guides and Training tools that support excellence in store operations.
- Develop training that supports group operations teams in their ability to use resources for global programs and technologies.
- Lead and contribute to projects, ensuring deliverables, and goals are met.
- Track project progress and report updates to the Director and important partners.
- Partner with operations and finance teams to track important performance metrics.
- Provide insights to lead operational improvements.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in training, retail operations, or a related field.
- Learning and Development and Instructional Design certifications required.
- Project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Experience with global retail environments and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Retail store experience required.

You have a background in leading impactful Learning & Development programs, an understanding of retail store operations, and the ability to inspire partners at all levels. The Senior Manager will be a necessary collaborator and advocate for the best retail programs, partnering with global teams to support aligned strategies and execution. You will report to the Director, Global Retail Training and Customer Experience.

About You
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800 - $177,200 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
