      The Senior Manager – Blueprint Growth Strategy is responsible for managing all tactical aspects of Blueprint acquisition reporting, forecasting, and investment optimization. This is a high visibility role that will work cross-functionally to prepare and QA results readouts and critical deliverables to GIO, Finance, and the Marketing leadership team. This role partners directly with Blueprint channel owners to drive forward the R&O process, unfunded submissions, and annual bottoms up planning to ensure execution consistency across channels.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Reporting – Develop & maintain Beyond the Card reporting, monthly marketing reviews with product, marketing, and cross-functional partners, quarterly results reviews with leadership, etc. collaborating closely with GCS Marketing Finance and GIO to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity.
      • Forecasting & Investment Optimization – Lead Beyond the Card forecasting and planning, unfunded requests, cost-benefit analyses, etc. partnering closely with GCS Marketing Finance and GIO.
      • Insights & Analysis – Inform an analytical POV on Beyond the Card acquisition by incorporating external and internal landscape into our cohesive cardmember + all audience marketing channel strategy by collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Amex Insights, AIM, Product Analytics, and People Based Marketing to inform growth opportunities, analytics deep dives, and quality targeting.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • 4+ years of experience in some combination of marketing strategy, analytics, finance, product development, or management consulting.
      • Strong technical foundation with ability to conduct campaign analysis and synthesize data to assess the performance of marketing initiatives
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proven ability to message effectively across levels and tailor complex messages to executive audiences.
      • Ability to break down complex problems in simple ways and tell a story with data.
      • Track-record of developing reports from scratch to provide insight to current trends and deliver accurate and complete snapshots of the business
      • Track-record of successfully supporting strategic initiatives, including the development of business cases.
      • Software application skills – advanced in Excel and Power Point.
      • Bachelor’s degree required.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience building financial and statistical models for forecasting and budget planning
      • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI etc)
      • People leadership experience a plus
      • Master’s degree a plus.

      Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
