Job Description

Support regional talent management development (talent review, succession planning, career planning, performance appraisal and management) initiatives and programs for MY & BN.
Roll out global initiatives and programs endorsed by RO and manage implementation at country level, ensuring that regional strategies and systems are aligned to DHL's global guidelines.
Build organizational and leadership capabilities by fostering a strong learning culture, providing diverse training opportunities as part of the vision to be an Employer of Choice.
Provide guidance to country team/ managers/ employees in developing local development plans to meet business needs.
Ensure compliance of the performance management system with global requirements.
Drive and monitor implementation of global and regional performance management, talent management and development program.
Manage closely the timeliness and proper implementation of performance management process in the country, including year-end process, calibration exercise etc.
Drive awareness and capability in country with regard to knowledge and process relating to talent management, succession planning and development of potentials.
Consult and support managers and HR on talent management topics.
Prepare and facilitate Employee Development Reviews (EDR) at local level, in line with global and regional principles and processes.
Identify employees with potential at country level and ensure follow up development plans.
Identify key roles at country level and ensure follow up to succession plans.
Advise HR colleagues on Talent Management processes, systems and tools, including myTalentWorld (GTS/ Performance & Talent), Learning Management System, Individual Development Plan, 360, Development Centers etc.
Provide Talent Management data and analysis, Leadership Evaluation, Achievements, Development and Succession Cycle, talent pool analysis, KPI tracking and reporting as appropriate.
Provide guidance to local managers with regard to developing individual development plans.
Support and track development opportunities, advise on the use of career planning tools and frameworks.
Provide feedback and coaching to line managers and employees.
Design, review and implement local talent & development programs as appropriate to meet business needs e.g. Employee Education Assistance Program, Bursary, Upstairs Scholarship Program, Development Centers etc.
Monitor and follow up on required training completion at country level.
Liaise with vendors- external training providers, schools, ASK HR on EDR support etc.
Involvement in any HRD/TM ad-hoc projects e.g. internship program, buddying/ mentoring initiatives, employer branding at career fairs, building and managing relationships with local institutions.
Facilitate trainings such as CIS Induction, CIM, HR DILO, etc
Business Partner - HR (Overall Role Purpose & Accountabilities)Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers on people-related issues and processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment).
Drive employee engagement in line with DPDHL strategy and plans.
Support Business Managers in translating business priorities into Functional goals and objectives.
Understand the business, its issues and challenges, to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
Assist the Functional senior team to assess current workforce strengths and weaknesses.
Provide support to make talent and leadership development plans and implement them.
Facilitate functional panel reviews and follow up process to identify and develop growth employees.
Use globally/regionally provided HR tools, processes and techniques to address issues and/or roll-out global/regional initiatives.
Coordinate the performance management, target setting, promotional increase adjustments, salary reviews and EOS improvement actions within the country.
Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counseling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issues.
Create innovative employee engagement solutions, which are aligned with the Express motivated peoplestrategy.
Lead and manage the country employee recognition scheme and Employee of the Year program.
Handling all recruitment tasks, from job postings to onboarding, in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards.
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
- 10 - 12 years HR experience; specializing in Talent Management/ Development area.
- Strong in people, project, and change management
- Well-versed in Employment-related ordinance.
