      As Senior Manager Human Resources at Kellanova, you will be responsible for leading the work activities associated with interpreting and delivering business and Human Resource (HR) strategy needs. You will support the Kellanova USA Account Sales organization and their strategic objectives. In this role you will interact regularly with the HR Center of Excellence (COE), HR Global Business Services (GBS), Sales HR Talent Team and partner with senior leaders across the US Sales organization and Kellanova broadly. We are looking for top talent in Chicago, IL, or Battle Creek, MI.

      A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

      • Business Partnership – Human Resources, partnerships are key! In this role, you will develop and maintain true business partnerships while emphasizing organization effectiveness focus through collaboration with business leaders, the COE, and Global Business Services (GBS).
      • Support Long Term Strategy - With this exciting opportunity, you will partner with business leaders within the Sales team to help define and execute a comprehensive HR Plan to support our short and long-term people and business strategy.
      • Drive Agenda Around Talent - Your primary focus will be driving the agenda around talent, organizational effectiveness, and culture with specific support of a segment of the Sales Accounts leadership team. This role has direct interaction at all levels of the organization both with people leaders and individual contributors and provides you with the significant opportunity to drive high-impact work and outcomes at Kellanova.
      • HR Champion – You will lead and implement internal practices, including key talent and performance management related processes, be responsible for manager and employee effectiveness, and help shape an environment that helps both the business, and our people grow. You will also help drive change in the organization through coaching people leaders.
      • Organizational Effectiveness – You will partner with business leaders to drive improved organizational effectiveness with a focus on people leader capabilities, employee development, recognition, listening strategy, and culture.

      Your Recipe for Success

      • Bachelor’s degree (desired)
      • Significant years of experience in Human Resources, including strategic business facing HR consultation and program delivery
      • Strong leadership and communication skills are a must!
