Supervise influencer team members who handle the planning and execution of influencer / affiliate marketing campaigns that maximize talent across all touchpoints (social, digital, etc.) to generate advocacy and build a strong community of partners for our brands
Manage cross-functional projects and champion talent industry best practices in support of consumer events, brand marketing campaigns and large-scale partnerships (examples: NBA, College Football, New Orleans JazzFest)
Shape Expedia’s approach to affiliate marketing with the Director of Influencer Marketing, launching campaigns focused on driving app downloads, member sign-ups and conversion
Level-up our approach to talent management and innovate with our best-in-class Expedia Group Ambassador Program
Track and manage a sizeable marketing budget to improve Expedia's Group investment in the influencer space
Optimize channel-level reporting, aligning to key marketing flywheel goals and evangelize learnings to other campaigns. Merchandize and package results from influencer team initiatives for cross-channel reporting and readouts
Liaise with cross-functional teams to build support of influencer work and identify opportunities to problem-solve enabling the team to deliver award-winning campaigns
Work closely with global markets and partners to ensure top of the line execution of global campaigns that engage creators, ensuring that any cross-promotional efforts are on-brand, strategic, and handled properly
Provide support and knowledge to junior team members on influencer campaign tactical execution (influencer integrity vetting, content approvals, pricing, negotiation and internal logistics)
Minimum of eight (8) years of digital and social marketing or public relations experience
Excellent project management, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
Savvy stakeholder manager
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a tight team environment
Are creative, resourceful, and collaborative
Strong writing and effective communication skills
Experience in negotiating talent contracts and assessing content values
Understanding of how to create content that draws engagement and starts a conversation
Knowledge and experience optimizing content for social media
A passion for travel, sports and music is a plus
Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
Thrives with the opportunity to define key processes to gain efficiencies, and scale, and actively simplify the complexity
Has high attention to detail

Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing
Expedia Group is looking to add an experienced Influencer Marketer to our rapidly growing Influencer Marketing team. If you are a self-starter looking for an opportunity to deliver full-funnel impact with talent on an incredible cross-brand team, this is the role for you!
Reporting directly to the Director of Influencer Marketing, this role will help oversee global influencer strategy across Expedia brands (Expedia, Vrbo and Hotels.com), lead tentpole campaigns and run influencer programs for cross-functional teams, including partnerships, affiliates and global marketing.
You will provide direction and strategic counsel across Expedia Group on how to harness the power of influencers, celebrities and content creators in authentic ways to generate ‘scroll-stopping’ social moments.
This position will help guide a team of nine influencer marketers to ensure Expedia Group’s efforts stay ahead of the curve on trends in consumer behavior and internet & social media behaviors to help deliver outstanding social and influencer work.

The total cash range for this position in New York City is $ 155,500 to $218,000 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $249,000 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
