- Contribute to the achievement of business unit goals by leading the implementation and support of IT systems through the successful implementation of omnichannel, digital and commerce project plans
- Prioritize data resources and tasks, develop contingency data plans, control scope, monitor data progress, control project plans, lead financials data projects and provide management feedback to decision makers.
- Directly mentor project team members, conduct performance evaluations, and lead career development for direct reports
- Strategic view in both IT and business by handling Marketing and Commercial areas.
- Manage IT Latam budget and global or local vendors negotiation
- Maintain awareness of current IT projects across PPG and planned projects in their own group to align to IT strategy and unlock commonalities between projects
- Bachelor´s Degree in IT, Systems or related, Master´s Degree desirable
- 8+ years of IT experienced in business application design and systems development, including implementation and installation of systems and personnel management
- Experienced working with matrix organizations, in transformational projects execution including digital, commerce, omnichannel.
- English at advanced level
- Knowledge preferable in ERP SAP, Data lakes and analytics and preferable Generative Artificial Intelligence.
- Skills: data-driven, leadership, communication, organization, and desicion-maker
As Senior Manager, IT Digital & Omnichannel you will form part of the IT Management track within the IT function being responsible for coaching, career development planning, and guidance of personnel. You will be focused on developing IT relationships with both customers and suppliers. You will report to the Director IT, Architectural Coatings and Protective Marine Coating LATAM.
