      Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

      1. Monitor & improve supplier parts PPM /Vendor Parts Quality.
      2. Conduct regular process & Product audits at suppliers.
      3. Conduct Manufacturing Site assessments and training of suppliers.
      4. Work on Direct on Line Certification of Suppliers.
      5. Attending & Resolution of in-house line-complaints Primary/line/DRL/DRR/CPA issues for bought-out parts.
      6. Attending and Resolution of external customer issues like Tata-PDI / Warranty related to suppliers parts.
      7. Development of components as per PRO-X process for ECN.
      8. Carryout PPAP and Run at Rate at supplier for ECN and participate in new parts PPAP with AQ team.
      9. Tooling and dies assessment at supplier end.
      10. Implementation of TQM practices.
      11. Work aggressively on Cost Reduction ideas and co-ordinate the activities at Sanand Location.
