      As a Senior Manager, Medical Education on Stryker's Orthopedic Instruments team, you will help build the future of an established orthopedic instrument business while creating program and customer engagement strategies, connecting our customer to our industry leading technologies and future innovations.

      What you will do

      • Proven track record of managing people in demonstrating the ability to problem-solve, manage projects and prioritize workload with minimum supervision

      • Manage people with product and procedural expertise related to healthcare professionals education programs including; market segmentation and health economics

      • Analyze and anticipate changing market dynamics and customer needs

      • Lead a team that can collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials and services

      • Identify competitive and market trends that support the development of training platforms

      • Foster and lead team collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc

      • Set direction and shape future needs for entire medical education program offering

      • Drive improvements in the delivery of our medical education programs

      • Establish metrics, analyze results and define areas of improvement/action plans

      • Build strategy and execution plans

      • Communicate long-term strategy to key stakeholders to gain organizational alignment

      • Ability to manage budget, evaluate past decisions and prioritize new investments

      • Actively contribute to the development of mid to long term vision

      • Be a source of proposal for innovative alternative

      • Continuously look ahead incorporating customer input

      • Determine how to increase adoption of Stryker product and improve patient outcomes; sharing best practices across Stryker

      • Establish MedEd Communication strategies within global Stryker plan

      • Define desired communication plan consistent with Medical Education global strategy

      What you need

      • Bachelor’s degree required

      • 10+ years of work experience required

      • Previous experience in orthopedic medical education highly preferred

      • 7+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred

      • 2+ years of people management experience preferred

      $112,800 - $239,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

      Travel Percentage: 50%
