What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 Customer Success Managers for 1,100+ mid-market customers, generating $16MM in revenue
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance culture
- Drive strategies for customer adoption, retention, and expansion to achieve net revenue retention (NRR) and reduce churn
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance customer experience and business outcomes
- Utilize Planhat to monitor customer health and guide data-driven decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success leadership within a SaaS environment
- Strong people management skills with experience in hiring and developing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving retention and achieving NRR goals
- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Proficiency in customer success platforms, with Planhat experience being a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of DOT compliance is a nice-to-have but not required
