- Lead, coach and motivate the Orderbook Management & Launch Management teams to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
- Support Order Fulfillment Director in conceptual planning to deliver against company strategy as well as drive effectiveness of wider team

- Working across functions to ensure Launch products are available and delivered to the right place at the right time, with primary focus on the Fulfillment Horizon of 0-4 months
- Share, promote and create awareness of brand building activities and successes to excite and engage all Europe SCM colleagues
- Develop appropriate reporting to provide insight and support effective decisions as well measure KPIs and drivers. Take corrective action where necessary
- Monitor and maintain excellent process execution to secure integrity of input to key SCM processes
- Lead regular cross functional alignment meetings
- Scrutinize SOPS and system infrastructure with the goal of making continuous business improvement in line with company strategy
- Initiate, Lead and manage projects with the aim of turning ideas into actions
- Europe SCM Functions (Market Operations & Optimization, OCO SCM Retail and eCommerce, Product Supply, DC Operations, Supply Chain Development)

- Higher education, university degree or equivalent, preferably in logistics (or similar)
- 7-8 years working experience in Logistics, Commercial functions, Finance or IT
- 3-5 years in a management position
- Strong skills in ERP (SAP)
- Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for Orderbook Management of wholesale demand fulfilled via European Fulfillment Centers, with the objective of On Time and In Full delivery. In constrained scenarios ensure supply is consistently directed towards defined priority demand in line with company strategy.
