Job Description

- Ensure the development, maintenance and delivery of long-range IT portfolio strategies and plans and resource management processes
- Prepare project and resource management metrics and dashboards, and monthly TTX project portfolio reporting
- Ensure that PMO processes are improved, implemented and well understood to effectively manage IT project portfolio and ensure that work assignments are aligned with business priorities
- Work with senior TTX leaders to prioritize IT work and establish project portfolios and budgets on an ongoing basis
- Provide overall direction, goals and operating practices that promote a high performing team
- 25% of time spent supervising others
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of related experience
- 2 years of experience creating and maintaining project schedules for each application by identifying and monitoring overall project timelines, project milestones, tasks, resources, estimates, task dependencies, risks and critical paths
- 2 years of experience with application development, maintenance and server migration
- 2 years of experience managing project financials, forecasting and budgeting and track and report team hours on a regular basis
- 2 years of experience communicating status and progress on a regular basis to all levels of organization management, including status reporting and reporting to executive team
