      SALARY: $104,800 - $124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

      ROLE SUMMARY:

      The Revenue & Pricing Manager for the South Central Region will lead the revenue, pricing, and promotional strategies in our 5 state territory. At AB, this is a highly visible position, working closely with top leaders of the organization and various cross-functional work groups. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to help communicate strategy with Senior Leaders as well as train and operate a highly effective team. This person should have strong analytical skills and be a financially minded decision maker. This Revenue & Pricing Manager leads a team of 3 analysts that supports field sales and other sales functions with fact-based data to make informed decisions and recommendations. In addition, they are tasked with a variety of projects utilizing sales analysis to identify sustainable and profitable solutions.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

      • Lead annual pricing and promotion review across AB portfolio with Senior Leadership
      • Evaluate brand and package sales promotions ROI and drive changes to enhance sales and profitability.
      • Develop pricing strategy and ensure all region pricing recommendations align with Regional & National Pricing Strategies
      • Communicate all pricing direction and strategy to VP and Commercial Directors to ensure understanding and alignment to the strategy
      • Continuous analysis of revenue to optimize regional financial performance and to grow volume and market share
      • Train region commercial and retail personnel regarding pricing principles and pricing strategy; provide clear tools and direction to support the communication of pricing to wholesale partners
      • Lead, develop & engage a team of two pricing analysts to achieve great results
      • Strive for excellence and continuous improvement of the region pricing agenda, pricing routine, and communication strategies

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

      • B.S. / B.A. Degree in finance, business, engineering, or related field preferred, with minimum of two years pricing, commercial, or analytical experience
      • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and organize data to support recommendations.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects while focusing on details.
      • Utilization of effective verbal and written communication skills to have influence across diverse subset of stakeholders
      • Working knowledge of revenue management systems and applications
      • High School Diploma or GED required
      • 5 days in office
