      • Salary: $144,751-180,939 plus annual target bonus

      Position Responsibilities:

      • P rovides leadership and direction to the PTP operations team—including Indirect Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Expense teams—ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and collaboration while managing daily operations, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement projects to optimiz e PTP processes and technology for value creation across the organization
      • Oversee day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) operations and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and compliance with internal policies and regulations
      • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve PTP operations and assess the impact of change initiatives
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of PTP processes across the organization
      • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
      • Utilize data analytics to provide insights for best practice service delivery and maintain effective management of contract utilization and tail spend
      • Other duties as assigned

      Required Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s D egree with 8 plus years of experience in a high-volume transaction setting in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supply Chain, Account ing and/or Finance and 4 plus years of management or H igh S chool Diploma/G eneral E ducation D iploma with 11 plus years of experience in a high-volume transaction setting in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting and/or Finance and 5 plus years of management experience

      Preferred Education and Experience:

      • Proficient with Procure to Pay system , i.e., Ariba or similar PTP platform
      • Proficient with Invoice management system including OCR, with an emphasis in a high-volume Purchase Order/Account Payable processing environment
      • Understanding of a cloud-based ERP i.e., SAP software
      • Experience working in a distribution , logistics and/or manufacturing environment
