      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage key aspects of the business relationship with multiple customers through collaboration with the integrated account team
      - Act as a system-wide expert on strategy and business operations for assigned customers
      - Develop and execute annual business plans focused on growth and customer satisfaction
      - Ensure effective communication and alignment with bottler systems and customer networks
      - Generate innovative solutions to sustain business growth and address stakeholder needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
      - Minimum of 3 years of key account experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
      - Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and managing a medium to large book of business
      - Experience in managing price package plans and understanding broker-managed business
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively

      - Experience in creating and selling customer promotional programs and key initiatives
      - Self-motivated with a demonstrated drive for results and a strong work ethic
      - Knowledge of forecasting and budget management in a business development context
