Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Billing and Follow-up is responsible for overseeing billing, insurance follow-up, and denials processes across multiple payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commerical and regulatory payers for the Swedish Health System. This role involves managing operations across various Swedish acute ministries, including critical access hospitals, rural health clinics, provider-based clinics and hospital-based professional billing. The manager ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, optimizes billing and follow-up processes and develops strategic plans to achieve revenue cycle goals. This includes handling annual cash collections (approx. $2.5B) and overseeing over 1 million claims for $12.5B annually across the Puget Sound area.
